Meet-Up
– Arrive at Tanjung Aru Marine Ecosystem Centre (10 mins before meet-up time).
Activity Preparation
– Safety briefing (5 mins).
– Gear up (5 mins)!
E-Foiling Activity
– On-land training (10 mins).
– On-water coaching (40 mins).
– Rest for 5-10 mins (for 1-hour Discovery, your session ends here).
– Free ride and coaching (50 mins).
– Return and shower.
End of Activity
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) & Kayak (6:30AM – 6:30PM)
Meet-Up
– Arrive at Tanjung Aru Marine Ecosystem Centre (10 mins before meet-up time).
Activity Preparation
– Introduction and safety briefing (10 mins).
SUP / Kayak Activity
– Gear up and paddle out!
– Return 5 minutes before the end of the rental period.
